Returns & Exchanges
Return requests for eligible ready-to-wear pieces should be made promptly after delivery and before the item is worn, altered, or damaged.
Made-to-order, bespoke, bridal, digital, and altered pieces are considered final sale unless there is a confirmed workmanship issue.
Where a return is approved, items must be sent back in their original condition with all presentation elements intact.
